You should not fight it alone

Founded two years ago, Hockey Fights Cancer Houston is a unique charity hockey organization where current cancer patients, cancer survivors, and surviving family members compete on the ice. If you have been diagnosed, are undergoing treatment, in remission, or lost a loved one to this terrible disease, join us. We get asked what do hockey and cancer have in common? In both you have to do your part, you can not expect somebody else to do your job for you. You fight to the last whistle. Your doctors give a compass and a map, but you still have to do the walking.

Most of our players still owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills and need help even paying for the ice. Everything else is donated to patient-first cancer research.

Quality of life and aftercare is a topic that does not get enough attention. We are asking very few select businesses for help because they already are role models of compassion, commitment, and quality.
